Withdrawls and Refunds |

Glenbrook Community Preschool requires 30 days written notice for withdrawls. Fees are non-refundable (registration fee, clean-up fee, community association membership fee). A refund is offered if a withdrawal is received prior to August 1 of the school year. After this date, we will return all post-dated cheques only. |

Provincial Child Care Subsidy | ||
| Many parents are unaware that the Province of Alberta provides This subsidy is in addition to the new Universal Child Care Benefit provided by the Federal Government. There is a maximum combined family income and the stay-at-home parent cannot work more than 20 hours per week to be able to qualify. If eligible, parents must pay the preschool first and then refunds will be issued from the preschool after the government has reviewed attendance records and sent out the monthly subsidy For eligibility requirements and further information please go to: http://www.child.alberta.ca/home/1153.cfm or contact: Liz Boomhower at Alberta Children's Services
